Spice Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
2 c. Cool Whip lite topping, thawed
Preparation

Mix sugar with spices.
Fold into whipped topping.
Garnish with additional cinnamon, if desired.
Store in refrigerator.
Use to dip cookies, cake cubes, fresh fruit or pretzel sticks.
Makes 1 2/3 cups.
Only 6 calories per teaspoon.
