Marinated Rump Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) rump roast
    2 cans beef consomme, undiluted
    1 small bottle soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. liquid smoked hickory (optional)
Preparation
    Marinate overnight.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour per pound.
    Baste during cooking.
