Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 1/2 c. milk
    salt
    pepper
    flour (about 1 c.)
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Wash and peel potatoes.
    Heat the milk to almost boiling. Slice potatoes into thin discs and layer into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    On each layer, sprinkle two tablespoons of flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
    Pour heated milk over all layers.
    Dot with 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
