Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. Blue Bonnet margarine, softened
    4 (1/8-inch) slices boiled ham
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and margarine until well blended.
    Spread one-fourth of mixture on one slice of ham; repeat with remaining cheese mixture and ham slices. Roll up from short sides; chill for several hours or wrap and freeze, if desired.
    To serve, slice rolls into 1/2-inch thick slices.
    Arrange slices on top of Ritz crackers.
    If frozen, let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
    Makes about 3 1/2 dozen appetizers.
