Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison roast
    salt and pepper
    cooking oil
    dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Brown the roast in hot oil in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle the onion soup mix on the meat and add 1/2 cup water.
    Bake, covered, at 300\u00b0 until tender.
