Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. milk
    9 eggs, beaten
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 cans evaporated milk (1 tall and 1 small)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat 3 cups milk; combine eggs, sugar, flour and evaporated milk and pour into warmed milk.
    Cook until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, then add remaining 3 cups of milk and vanilla.
