Stuffed Spanish Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box manicotti shells
    1 carton Ricotta cheese
    1 pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 pkg. freezer chopped spinach
    1 pkg. ground beef, cooked
    1 onion
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
