Cincinnati Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    5 whole allspice (2 tsp.)
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. cumin
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 oz. (1/2 sq.) unsweetened chocolate
    4 cloves garlic (1/2 tsp. powder)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large bay leaf
    5 whole cloves (2 tsp.)
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a 4-quart saucepan, add ground beef to 1 quart water.
    Stir until the beef separates to a fine texture.
    Boil slowly 1/2 hour. Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 3 hours.
    Refrigerate overnight.
