French Fried Shrimp In Beer Batter(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. enriched flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. ice water
1/2 c. cold beer
2 Tbsp. butter or salad oil
2 lb. fresh shrimp, cleaned
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients (except shrimp) and beat well.
Split and dry shrimp thoroughly.
Dip into batter and fry in deep fat (oil) at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
Can be used on any fish.
Keep batter chilled until used.
