"Pina Colada Wedges"(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. rum or 1/2 tsp. rum extract
    3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup
    2 2/3 c. (7 oz.) coconut
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese with sugar and rum until smooth.
    Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip, pineapple with syrup and 2 cups of coconut. Spread in 8-inch layer pan lined with plastic wrap.
    Freeze for 2 hours.
