Rachel Angel'S Roasted Potatoes With Garlic And Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
    3 garlic cloves, slivered
    2 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Coat jelly roll pan with oil; add potatoes and remaining ingredients.
    Toss to coat.
    Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once 1/2 way through.
    Makes 4 servings.
