Waffle Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 3/4 c. lukewarm milk, scalded then cooled
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. soft butter or margarine
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add milk, sugar and salt.
    Beat in remaining ingredients with rotary beater. Cover; let rise in warm place (85\u00b0), about 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir down; cover and refrigerate overnight or until ready to use.
    Bake in waffle iron.
