Peaches And Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Grease 9-inch pie plate.
Combine ingredients.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into pie plate.
Drain 1 (15 ounce) can peaches (fresh is good too), saving 3 tablespoons juice.
Pour peaches over mixture.
Mix and beat 2 to 3 minutes 1 ounce package cream cheese, 3 tablespoons peach juice and 1/2 cup sugar.
Spoon cheese mixture to 1 inch of edge of pie plate.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown.
Cool and refrigerate.
