Smoked Salmon Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sweet onions, chopped
4 stalks celery, sliced
4 slices bacon, diced
5 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. Johnny's pork and chicken seasoning
3 Tbsp. dried chopped parsley
3 Tbsp. dried chopped chives
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. hickory smoke flavoring
4 cans fat-free chicken broth
2 cans creamed corn
2 cans whole new potatoes, diced
1/2 lb. smoked salmon, broken up
1 pt. half and half
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cook bacon until browned. Drain all but 1 tablespoon bacon fat and saute onion and celery. Add flour and seasonings until bubbly. Add chicken broth and remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes before serving.
