Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 large can peaches
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add sugar and milk.
Mix together flour, salt and baking powder.
Add to butter mixture.
Add vanilla.
Spread batter on bottom of casserole dish.
Spoon fruit on top of batter. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over fruit, then pour juice over.
Bake in slow oven until done.
