Norwegian Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    3 stalks celery
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Chop cabbage, bell pepper, onion and celery.
    Mix well and let set 1 hour.
    Combine sugar, vinegar, celery seed and mustard seed. Bring to a boil; cook 3 minutes.
    Let cool; pour over slaw and chill in refrigerator overnight.
