Lemon Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine (soft)
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs (do not separate)
    2 oz. lemon extract
    1 lb. white raisins
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar in mixer; add eggs, one at a time, beating each lightly.
    Add flour and baking powder alternately with lemon extract.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
