Mom'S Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

6 chops (pork, chicken or beef)
2 cans golden mushroom soup
3 cloves garlic, minced
5 potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 medium onion, diced
2 tsp. sweet basil
Preparation

Layer the pork chops in an oven pan.
Mix garlic, onion and basil into mushroom soup.
Pour mushroom mixture over pork chops and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Add the potatoes, use a spoon and put some of the mushroom gravy over the potatoes.
Bake for 45 minutes more.
