Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, diced
    4 servings Minute rice, cooked
    4 eggs, scrambled
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    soy sauce to taste (I use 2 Tbsp.)
    1/2 bag frozen Chinese vegetables, partially unfrozen
Preparation
    Cook rice, scramble eggs and set aside. Put oleo in skillet. Brown chicken. Add rice and soy sauce.
    Add eggs and veggies. Stir until cooked.
    Serve while hot.
