Grandma Potoczny'S Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs (no more)
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    2 dashes parsley flakes
    garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Romano cheese
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except olive oil and garlic.
    Wet hands, then roll meat balls; wet hands occasionally.
    In pan, brown 2 cloves of garlic in oil.
    Take out garlic when browned, then brown meatballs (no lid).
