Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 pt. French onion dip or 1/2 pt. sour cream and 1 Tbsp. minced onion
    0/2 lb. Swiss cheese
    3 (16 oz.) cans French-cut green beans
Preparation
    Melt butter; add and brown flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Remove from heat and add slowly French onion dip or sour cream and onion.
    Grate Swiss cheese and layer with the first mixture and the green beans.
    Top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes in 2-quart casserole, uncovered.
    Can use 3 packages frozen green beans, cooked and drained.
