Salmon Party Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can red salmon (or pink)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Drain salmon and flake with fork.
    Add cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and liquid smoke. Mix well.
    Chill overnight.
    Roll into log.
