Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lean pork chops
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 diced green pepper
    1 thinly sliced onion
    1 or 2 (15 oz.) cans Hunt's sauce
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Brown chops well on both sides in skillet.
    Place chops in 2-quart casserole.
