Much More Than Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/2 c. each: green onions, green pepper and celery
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 to 8 slices firm bread
3 eggs, beaten with 2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in margarine for 5 minutes.
Add green onions, pepper, celery, salt, pepper, parsley and m.s.g.
Cook 3 minutes longer.
Remove from heat.
Add mayonnaise; stir in.
Set aside.
