Chicken And Rice Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
enough chicken to cover pan, browned
1/2 stick oleo
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except chicken, oleo and lemon juice. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Place chicken over rice, covering well. Melt oleo and add lemon juice to it. Brush over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Baste with rest of oleo and lemon juice.
