Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
8 oz. carton sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 shakes garlic salt
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation

Combine crab meat, sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise and seasonings. Place in a casserole. Top with Cheddar cheese and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with party crackers or small rye bread.
