Lasagna Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 can asparagus
    8 to 9 black olives, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
    1 can spinach, drained
    1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    2 jars spaghetti sauce
    2 eggs
Preparation
    In a large pan, cook the first 5 ingredients in olive oil. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Let cool and mix with the cottage cheese, spinach, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
