Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour, sifted
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves (scant)
    1 tsp. ground allspice (scant)
    some dates (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Put oil, zucchini, eggs and dry ingredients (sifted together) into bowl and stir together.
    Pour into greased loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
