Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

1 c. sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
8 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
2 stacks Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together the sour cream, soups and chicken broth.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the soup mixture over them. Top with cracker crumbs, and drizzle the crumbs with the melted butter.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the crackers are well browned.
Yield: 8 servings.
