Salsa Pronto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Del Monte Mexican style stewed tomatoes
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Place tomatoes in blender, one can at a time.
    Cover and run on lowest speed 2 seconds to chop tomatoes.
    In bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Chill.
    Makes 4 cups.
