Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    2 slices bread
    1 beaten egg
    1 heaping tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 heaping tsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation
    Empty crab meat into large mixing bowl.
    Mix with a fork the other ingredients in the order given.
    Form into 10 crab balls or cakes.
    Use more mayonnaise or salad dressing if necessary to hold cakes together.
    Fry in oil until brown on each side.
