Creamy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (30 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
    2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Transfer to ungreased 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until heated through. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
