Ingredients

4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 envelope gelatin (unflavored)
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water (hot)
1 c. cider vinegar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Beat eggs in top of double boiler.
Mix together thoroughly the sugar and gelatin.
Stir in the mustard, turmeric and salt. Add the water until slightly thickened, stirring continuously. Cool until it is thick; whip the cream and stir in.
Turn into a 1 1/2-quart ring mold.
Fill center with cole slaw, pineapple, red onion rings or whatever.
