Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal mix
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion or 3/4 c.
    1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn
    2 chopped jalapeno peppers (seeds and all)
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add milk, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Mix in cornmeal, oil, onions, peppers and corn.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes in oblong pan.
