Cantaloupe Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg yolks
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. cooked cantaloupe
2 1/2 c. canned milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
2 large baked pie shells
Preparation

Dice cantaloupe; cook in small amount of water until tender. Drain and measure.
Combine remaining ingredients in double boiler; add cantaloupe and cook until thick.
Pour into baked pie shells and top with meringue.
Brown in hot oven.
