Boat Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sour cream
    1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. dill seed
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 pkg. (2 1/2 oz. each) corned beef or dried beef, chopped up
    2 tsp. Spice Islands Beau Monde (substitute onion and celery paste)
Preparation
    Mix and stir.
    Make one day ahead.
    On day of use, hollow out bread (pumpernickel or rye) and fill with the dip made the previous day.
    Use the chunks out of the bread for the dipping.
