Marie Hardegree'S Jumbo Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. jumbo manicotti shells
    1 lb. ground beef or chicken, boiled, deboned and ground in a food processor
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Drain on paper towel.
    In separate pan, saute onion in oil.
    Add 1/2 cup cheese, meat, garlic and enough sauce to cover meat.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Cook shells according to package directions.
    Stuff shells with meat.
    Arrange in a baking dish.
    Cover with remaining sauce and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
