Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1/2 c. milk
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
    salt to taste
    1 c. Cheddar, grated
    2 c. American, grated
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped, ripe olives (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion; drain off fat.
    Add soups, milk, chiles, olives and salt.
    Mix.
    Layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese.
    Layer these until all is used, ending with cheese (in large casserole).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
