Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. Golden Harvest oat bran
    3/4 c. catsup (plus about 1/4 c. for topping)
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder or to taste
    1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Mix in 1 to 2 tablespoons water to moisten. Pat into an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan. Top with catsup, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
