Cheddar Fish Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. mayonnaise (lo-fat)
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. sherry extract
    2 oz. lo-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 oz. part-skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    12 oz. cooked, flaky fish (scrod, haddock, orange roughy or crab meat)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except fish.
    Mix well.
    Stir in fish.
    Place mixture in 1-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
    Serves 4.
