Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2-1/2 cups sugar
    1 tsp salt
    2 tall cans evaporated milk
    1/2 gallon fresh milk
    2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Beat in sugar and salt.
    Stir in other ingredients.
    Freeze in electric churn until firm.
    Serve.
