Green Rice(Arroz Verde Mexican) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and crushed
    1/2 sweet green pepper, finely chopped
    1 c. long grain white rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. fresh coriander, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil in a flameproof casserole and cook the onion, garlic and jalapeno pepper until browned.
    Add the sweet green pepper and rice.
    Brown the rice.
    Add chicken broth, salt and coriander. Bring to a boil.
    Cover and steam in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
    Remove from the oven and stir with a fork to separate the grains of rice.
