Rice And Tuna Pie(Or Chicken, Or Turkey, Or Ham) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 large can drained tuna, flaked or 1 1/2 c. diced chicken, turkey or ham
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Swiss
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    For rice pie shell, combine rice, butter, 1 tablespoon onion and slightly beaten egg.
    Press into bottom and sides of 10-inch pie pan or 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
    Layer fish or meat evenly over rice shell.
    Combine 3 beaten eggs, milk, shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon onion, salt and pepper.
    Pour over fish or meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 50 to 55 minutes.
