Nina'S Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
15 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple in its own juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream eggs with sugar.
Add pineapple, flour, soda, vanilla and nuts, mixing well.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until done.
(If baked too long, cake will get too brown around edges.)
Let cool, then frost with the following frosting.
