Broccoli-Cheddar Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1 bunch broccoli, chopped (approximately 4 c.)
1/2 c. finely diced onion
6 eggs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add broccoli and onion and saute until onion is translucent (about 5 minutes).
Remove from heat.
Beat eggs in a large bowl.
Beat in cream and cheese. Stir in broccoli, onion, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into greased baking dish and set dish in a larger pan filled with approximately 1 inch of hot water.
Bake 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand about 20 minutes before serving.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
