Vegetarian Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lasagna noodles (don't cook noodles)
2 cans Hunt's spaghetti sauce
2 cans Hunt's stewed tomatoes
1 bag Japanese stir-fry
1 (24 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
Alpine Lace fat-free Mozzarella
fresh sliced mushrooms
sliced onions (medium)
Preparation

Mix spaghetti sauce and tomatoes together.
In 9 x 10-inch pan put raw noodles on bottom.
Sprinkle vegetables and some cottage cheese.
Cover with thin layer of sauce.
Repeat layers until gone. Pour rest of sauce over noodles to cover.
Shake the pan, then cover with the Alpine Lace Mozzarella.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
