Quick And Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast (2 inches thick; partially frozen)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small bay leaf
    dash of garlic salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wrap roast in foil, adding onion soup mix, mushroom soup, bay leaf and seasonings.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about at least 1 hour, according to your choice of rare, medium rare or well done.
