5-Minute Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken bouillon
    1/2 raw cucumber, scrubbed, unpeeled and sliced very thin
    4 raw mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. shredded raw green leafy vegetables (spinach or cabbage)
    1 tomato, cubed
    1/2 c. leftover lean meat, shredded
Preparation
    Heat the bouillon.
    Add the vegetables and meat.
    Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes.
    Yields about 1 1/2 quarts.
    Makes approximately 45 calories per cup.
