Italian Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    2 loaves frozen bread dough
    1 pkg. pepperoni, thin sliced
    1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella
    1 finely chopped onion
    1 finely chopped green pepper
    1 can chopped mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook sausage, onion, peppers and mushrooms; drain well.
    Cool completely.
    Thaw dough; let rise.
    Roll out thin.
    Place pepperoni and sausage mixture on dough.
    Top with grated cheese. Roll dough as if for jelly roll.
    Make sure ends are tucked in so filling doesn't spill out.
    Place rolls on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Make small slits to allow steam to escape.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until lightly browned.
    Serve warm.
