Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. oleo or butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 medium cabbage
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
    2 c. American cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown onion in oleo.
    Add beef and brown.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cut up cabbage in 1-inch squares.
    Add to ground beef mixture.
    Cover and cook slow about 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream and cheese and mix thoroughly.
    Put in greased casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Good reheated next day.
